The training variables (exercises, sets, weights, reps, and RPE) load automatically in the app. Your client's job is to mark each set as complete as they go through the workout.
The rest timers you assign in the workout builder activate when your client completes a set. They see the timer and are notified when rest time is over.
Custom notes you add to exercises to clarify something, remind your clients of important cues, or add helpful information is displayed below the name of the exercise for them.
Your clients can click on any exercise to track their week to week progress and previous best performances (like a 1RM or best set volume), neatly displayed on a graph.
Navigate to the Team tab on the left-hand side menu and create a team with your brand’s name and logo. Invite the first members through email, allowing them to join your team with the click of a button.
As an admin or owner, you can manage the team by promoting some people to admins, thus increasing their authority and responsibilities. You can also remove some coaches from your team to ensure quality and the best client experience.
Get a thorough overview of each client’s activity, adherence, exercise progress, body metrics, and other important data. This allows you to see how well each coach is guiding their assigned clients and whether improvements need to be made.
As an admin or owner, you can assign clients to new coaches when necessary, reach out to clients for feedback, or even take over by making changes to existing workout plans or assigning new ones.
Keep an eye on all the training plans from the other coach team members to gain inspiration, provide feedback, and foster continuous growth for a better client experience. This collaborative approach allows coaches to learn from one another, feel more accountable, and put more time and effort into building the best training programs.
The ability to overview and discuss other coaches’ programs ensures that the team always delivers high-quality, relevant, and effective training plans.
As an added benefit, coaches can add unlimited custom exercises to their exercise library (complete with step-by-step instructions, video instructions, and all other relevant information). These are automatically added to the team’s shared library and are available for use by everyone when a new coach joins.
Navigate to the Team tab on the left-hand side menu and click the Create Team button. You will then be prompted to add your brand’s logo and select a name.
So long as the coach is not already part of another team, you can send them an email invitation through the Team tab on the left-hand side menu.
Team members are allowed to add and remove clients for themselves, see and copy other coaches’ workout programs, use other coaches’ custom exercises, and see other team members.
In contrast, admins can also invite or remove members, reassign clients, edit other coaches’ custom exercises and workout plans, and see other coaches’ client lists.
Navigate to the Team tab, select a coach whose profile you’d like to inspect, and click to see their number of clients and programs. However, you must be the team’s owner or an admin to do that.
Simply navigate to the Clients tab in the menu on the left, find the client, and click the three dots icon on the right of their name. A pop-up window will appear with several options, including Change Client’s Coach. Select that and choose the new coach for the client.
Navigate to a coach’s profile under Team, click on Total Clients, and select the client whose profile you want to inspect. There, you will be able to see their adherence, progress, and latest activities, among other important information.
Team members and admins can invite new clients. However, members can only add or remove clients for themselves, whereas admins can also add, remove, and reassign clients for other coaches on the team.
