The training variables (exercises, sets, weights, reps, and RPE) load automatically in the app. Your client's job is to mark each set as complete as they go through the workout.
The rest timers you assign in the workout builder activate when your client completes a set. They see the timer and are notified when rest time is over.
Custom notes you add to exercises to clarify something, remind your clients of important cues, or add helpful information is displayed below the name of the exercise for them.
Your clients can click on any exercise to track their week to week progress and previous best performances (like a 1RM or best set volume), neatly displayed on a graph.

The app’s main feature is the ability to log workouts for clients. That’s right – your client can even leave their phone in the locker room, and you can log everything on your device. Any workout you log for them is saved on their profile and you can later access the data on Hevy Coach.
But it’s not just about checking sets off. You can also input training data (like the weight they’ve lifted and the reps they’ve done), adjust and monitor the rest periods, add or remove sets and exercises, replace activities (such as if a gym machine is super busy), pair movements into supersets, and more.
The personal trainer app offers complete flexibility to log client sessions precisely as they do them to eliminate all doubt when reviewing their performance later.
Client communication is key to effective coaching, so we added the chat option inside the app. In addition to having all client interactions in one place (instead of scattered on multiple platforms), you are immediately notified of new messages.

Yes. Navigate to the Clients tab, select a person from your list (or use the search bar), and you will see their current plan, its start date, program notes, and the individual workouts that make up the plan.
Yes! Go to the Clients tab and visit the right person’s profile. You will gain access to all the assigned workouts within their plan. Tap Start session on the relevant workout to log it for them.
Not at this time. However, you can adjust training variables (such as swapping exercises, adding or removing sets or exercises, changing the type of sets, adjusting the rest timer, and more) while logging a session for a client.
Yes. Navigate to the Chats tab to access all past and current conversations with clients. By default, you will get a push notification for each new message, so you’re up to date and can reply more quickly.
