Hevy Coach allows you to create an unlimited number of custom exercises with step-by-step instructions and video tutorials (upload yours or link to YouTube videos). You can tag any activity as duration-based, which is perfect for building your clients’ circuit routines.
Build workouts by selecting from your library of exercises (you can also use existing movements on Hevy Coach) and adjusting all other details––the number of reps (if relevant), target weight, rest periods between sets, and even RPE. You can also add two or more movements to a superset and easily create kettlebell circuits.
Once you’ve built a program, assign it to as many clients as you want with the click of a button and make changes to each athlete’s workouts based on feedback and individual performance.

Hevy Coach allows you to easily track clients at a glance (e.g., see who’s been active this week and what workouts they’ve done) and dive into the detail to analyze performance on individual kettlebell movements. You get a detailed breakdown of each movement, their overall training volume, and performance changes week-to-week.
Also, in addition to chatting, your clients can attach videos and send them through our strength coaching platform’s built-in chat. That way, you can review their technique or provide mobility and flexibility assessments and tips for improvements.
