Hevy Coach allows you to assemble workouts by adding activities from the library or creating custom ones. Choose from (or create) multiple types, including movements based on a number of reps, weight, distance, or another combination.
Add any activity to a workout with a few clicks, select the number of sets and reps (or duration/distance), adjust rest periods, and include target RPE (ideal for strength training).
Include custom notes to individual workouts or movements to clarify details and assign each program to as many clients as you want. You can then tweak individual clients’ workouts based on feedback and performance.
Provide Personalized Weight Loss Guidance
With a built-in chat, Hevy Coach allows you to keep all coach-client interactions in one place, eliminating the need for multi-platform communication. You can easily see new client messages, respond on time, and refer to old conversations when necessary.
Your clients can also attach files (such as videos from their workouts) and send them in the chat for you to review and provide personalized advice. As a coach, you can also attach and send files––for example, video instructions or weight loss meal plans.
Track Workout Performance and Weight Loss
Monitor your clients’ exercise performance through Hevy Coach’s built-in analytics. See how each client is doing at a glance (e.g., how active everyone is, what program a client runs at the moment, and what workouts they’ve done recently) and dive deep into individual performance from week to week to assess strength, endurance, and other metrics.
Clients can also log their body weight and measurements through the Hevy app for you to monitor through the platform without using spreadsheets.
